A guy ran a red light and clipped the front of my 2022 Ford Bronco. Went through his insurance and brought it to Caliber Collision North (they have 3 locations in Fremont).
Excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. Quality of the work was excellent and was completed in a timely manner. Hugo, the customer service rep, kept me informed of all technical details and status. Would definitely recommend this shop to others.
Excellent service from beginning to end. Pleasant, well-trained, respectful staff. It took a few days for them to get parts, and then they didn't delay. The repair went quickly, and faster than expected. I was driven home after leaving the car for repair, and later in the day, Caliber dropped the car off at my house. They threw in a nice surprise by washing the car. This is the best customer service I've had in recent memory.

Caliber Collision went above and beyond with my service including Hugo, Ross, Jose, Jackie in reception and the mechanics who I did not meet but did a great job with the repair. The team was very gracious, kind, helpful, and excellent in the facilitation of the repair. Hugo as my service advisor kindly and effectively communicated the action plan with me and walked me through everything. When issues with insurance arose, he helped me with navigating it successfully. Jose graciously gave me a ride to my job so there was no delay in my day. Jackie helped arrange a rental. After a long-drawn-out process at another shop and not having my vehicle for at least 4 months I decided to try Caliber instead. I can say the professionalism and the timely repair was impeccable. I appreciated the communication the shop had with me. My car was ready to go in no time. I appreciate Ross and his staff. They will definitely be my go-to if I should ever need another repair again! Rear ended. Chose this shop out of the options provided by insurance. After I got my car back, noticed the new bumper is not aligned properly. There's a visible gap on one side, so it's crooked. Also found empty shipping boxes for the bumper in my trunk. Paint also sloppy, runs in the the black part of the bumper. Finally, some of my cabin setting were changed, like my seat air conditioning was turned up. Really? For a bumper change? I had to go through everything to see what else had been fiddled with.
Last night on my way home on 880 something struck or hit my car. Upon inspection my passenger rear bumper had damage. I was devastated-here go another $2000 thanks to 880 and the terrible road conditions.
I took my car by Caliber Collision to request an estimate. The receptionist was friendly and understanding. She found my someone to assist me within 5 minutes.
The service advisor, Mr Hugo Chrisostimo came out and inspected my car, gave me an assessment, then asked to see if they could fix the left bumper clamp. No more than 10 minutes later my car returned and the issue resolved. Mr Hugo then informed me this was complimentary device at no charge!! Amazing right?
I've had my other cars repaired by Caliper Collision and they are very knowledgeable, trustworthy and reliable. This is the kind of business we need in this day and age.
